Puddle Jumper I had a couple of trim pieces detach from my Jeep Liberty due to driving through a water puddle like an idiot. It was beyond my simple ability to reattach them so I called the Body Shop at David Taylor and was greeted by Shannon enthusiastically and in a positive manner. I explained to her my situation and she immediately in her "can do way" invited me to come to the shop at my earliest convenience. When I arrived, again I was greeted by Shannon and was introduced to Phil Galli. It was late in the day, and after Phil assessed the situation, said to bring it back the next day and he'd have it taken care of in his "matter of fact and confident way", I knew I was in good hands. I showed up the next day thinking I would have to drop my car off and Phil said if I wanted to wait he'd take care of it right away, 20 minutes later I was out the door and on my way. 2020 Jeep had induction kit service. Now smells of gasoline. Service dept recommended a kit induction to clean fuel delivery system. Done. Drove Jeep home, 5 miles away, and there is a strong gasoline smell. No Service dept recommended a kit induction to clean fuel delivery system. Done. I was pleased at how quickly and easily I was able to get my car in for a recall repair. I thought I had written quite enough....but sure I can add more. Very poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance , and the technician was on the phone while checking us in, couldn’t tell if he was talking to us or the person on the ph scheduled a week in advance , and the technician was on the phone while checking us in, couldn’t tell if he was talking to us or the person on the phone. Poor lack of communication as to when car would be finished too. Never confirmed finish time, just assumed we knew. And the same issues is still happening so now I have to take more time and schedule it to go somewhere else. Not coming back there. More
