Great Service... Really!!! Had one of those issues with my vehicle that NEVER happened while it was in the shop for routine service. One Saturday I was driving around and it happened. I pulled into Taylor thinking, at least, a service person could see the issue and mark it on some comments in my account or something. Mike Gebken remembered me and IMMEDIATELY took my vehicle into a bay and they diagnosed the problem. I then setup an appt to install new parts that were needed. I was really impressed that he did that. I was not expecting that when I pulled in there with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon. FANTASTIC service if ya ask me! More

I can appreciate an initial request and a follow-up reminder but it should end after that. Do you really want to irritate me with repeated requests for feedback? Terrible service dept I have been a client of Royal Gate for almost 20 years. Purchased 3 new vehicles from them and they did all my service. I was very concerned about tak I have been a client of Royal Gate for almost 20 years. Purchased 3 new vehicles from them and they did all my service. I was very concerned about taking my Jeep for service at the now David Taylor dealership after reading the reviews. I need an oil change, emissions test and for them to check my driver seat as I thought it was broken. I was told there would be a $75.00 charge for diagnostics of the seat and then if a part needed to be ordered and that part was covered by my lifetime warranty the charge would only be $40.00. When my Jeep was complete, Casey called me to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my seat. The mechanic came and got him and raised the lever and it worked. This was less than one minute to flip the lever - that is not a diagnostics. I calmly argued with the cashier who when and confirmed with Casey that, yes, I had to pay it. I will never be going back to this dealership again. This is a rip off!!!! More
