Vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday 1/31. As soon as I arrived home the warning lights came on and back tire pressure was 20psi less than front tires and 40 psi less than what th Friday 1/31. As soon as I arrived home the warning lights came on and back tire pressure was 20psi less than front tires and 40 psi less than what they should be. Long story short, I went back on Saturday where they added more air and told me to drive it 5 miles for it to reset. I’ve now drove it about 155 miles and the front tire pressure is 72, back driver side 83 and back passenger side 85. Ridiculous and embarrassing. Something so simple as putting air into tires. Oh and they also put the window sticker on with little to no effort because that fell off! (The person checked is not anyone I worked with. I only put that bc I couldn’t submit without a name) More

Took a month to get the We Owe You 2nd key for our new truck from this dealership. Lots of lack of communication and follow up on sales rep, reception and service dept. if we had not continued to follow u truck from this dealership. Lots of lack of communication and follow up on sales rep, reception and service dept. if we had not continued to follow up I suspect we would still not have the 2nd key. First key that came in could not be programmed. Was promised a follow up call the next day. A week later we called again and magically the key ‘just came in’. Ha. No one believes that. Thankfully this key worked. And the 2nd service appointment went very well. High rating on the appt. Low rating on all communication and total lack of initiative and follow up from 12/31 to the date the 2nd key was finally received. More
