Ignore the problem, pass the blame Made an apt to have the oil changed in my Jeep and also had a loud noise and vibration at low speeds.. asked for the alignment to be checked. Mike, noted "severely chopped" tires, did the oil change and rotated the tires. Got in to leave, exactly the same, if not worse. . Went in, told Mike problem isnt fixed. . Mike said the noise was now in the back since that's where they moved the tires... no. What about the vibration? It was all the tires,and my fault for not rotating every 6k miles, EVEN THOUGH every oil change has been done at Royal gate and I have never even been asked if they could rotate the tires.. way to pass the blame. Took the jeep elsewhere, and issues were fixed! Must be a miracle since the same "severely chopped" tires are still on the Jeep. More

Transmission glitch They were able to diagnose and fix a transmission issue on my Cherokee and have it all fixed within 4 hours of the onset of the problem. Fast and friendly I came in for the schedule maintenance and a recall. Jake was quick to meet outside my vehicle and get my ticket written up. The car was taken immediately and put into the shop. I waited for the vehicle to be completed and Jake kept me informed all the way. The service was performed quickly and I was ready to go. They did not have the part for the recall in stock, but told me it would be available in 2 days. Well, 2 days later Jake called and told me the part was in and bring the car in at my convenience. Jake is super friendly and very respective of the customer's time. Over the years I purchased a few cars from Royal Gate and have had them all serviced here. Never a disappointment and people like Jake make you want to return. Thanks for the great experience. More
