Express Oil Change Received notification from my Chrysler App that I was due for an oil change in a few days. Tony (porter) greeted me in the driveway and wrote down my vehicle information. He then gave it to me and told me to go inside and give the information to Amanda (service writer), while he drove my vehicle onto the service rack. About 20 minutes or less later my vehicle was ready to go. Oil changed, Tire Rotation and Safety Check done. You can't find a more efficient process, and I would know, a major part of my job of over 40 years was to eliminate waste and increase efficiently. More
