They greet you with a smile and you feel like they want your business. You feel respected and not left standing there waiting on someone to even look at you. Unlike most customer service areas they know to at least acknowledge you and let you know it will be just a moment and we'll be right with you. That's excellent customer service. The next day I needed to batteries for both my key FOBs and it was handled so quickly it was amazing. More

Very Thankful For The Service So very thankful that Josh Koehne was able to work on my car and took care of it so quickly. With Danielle's help up front, they were able to find out that it the service was covered under the powertrain warranty and they got it done and allowed me a loaner car for a couple of hours. What was at first presented to us by another service place as a very costly repair turned in to a great experience. More

Twenty inch tires are not cheap and Royal Gate helps me get the best performance and longevity out of my tires. More
