Dropped my jeep off on Sunday for an 11:30 Monday appointment. Didn't get an estimate till 4pm Monday only after several calls that I made to the service department. Yet, at other appointments advisors have made me aware of recommended service needed and I have given the ok to complete more work. Due to sending my car to the EXPRESS garage the option was not available on which a “diagnosis” was needed to figure out why the lights still aren’t working. More
