I was told that you had parts for a recall on my 2015 ram. I drop my truck off on Tuesday night and did not pick up until Thursday near 1300. No work was ever completed on my vehicle. I don’t like to complain without offering a course of action. I would offer you two. First would be to eliminate your entire customer service staff, I found them to be extremely unhelpful. It seemed to me that every time I called there was always miscommunication either between your secretary staff, service reps, and your service technicians. My second recommendation would be to hire someone who is extremely organized to manage your staff. Along with this you may want to contact a recruiter who works primarily with former military. I find that you’re staff lacks motivation and a desire to actually be at work. Perhaps it’s a generational gap, but when you’re dealing with small margins of profit every thing:word/action matters. Bottom line, if my parts do come in, I don’t believe I will be using your facility. Even though you’re closer I would prefer to drive across town to another ram dealership. More
They did good work. Only issue was the tech forgot to tighten my oil filter all the way and I drove home with a lot of oil leaking from my car and had to race it right b Only issue was the tech forgot to tighten my oil filter all the way and I drove home with a lot of oil leaking from my car and had to race it right back up to the shop to get it fixed. I was not very happy about that. Otherwise they fixed what I asked them too and my service advisor Mike was very nice and apologetic when they messed up. More
