It took them 1hour and 40 minutes to change my oil while I waited and that’s not the only time, last time 2 hour to change my oil it’s ridiculous and was late to my engagement you all need quality help!!!!! They were flexible by allowing me to drop off my car 6 days before they were able to look at it. This worked great for me because I was leaving for vacation. Once their inspections were complete it was days before they were able to look at it. This worked great for me because I was leaving for vacation. Once their inspections were complete it was hard to reach the Manager who was Lead on my car, to review and go over the diagnosis. They did respond quickly once we were able to connect, and even stayed 10 minutes beyond closing to give me a chance to pick my car up. More
