The employees I dealt with were friendly, patient, and helpful. They were very clear in their communication with me and got me in and out efficiently. Communication was terrible. Dropped my car at 8AM didn’t hear anything until 5:40. I also called twice from 3:30 and was told I would get a call back that I never did. Took 30+ hours to change a cabin filter and EGR Sensor. I had to make special arrangements to get my kids picked up last minute and a way to have them dropped off the next morning. All of this frustration could have been eliminated with communication. The explanation is the relied on an automated system that didn’t work properly. Worst experience I have ever had a my a dealer. Always more expensive to go to the dealer but the service usually makes that worth it. Just terrible customer service, wasn’t even offered a discount, actually was about to be charged for a diagnostic test they didn’t even perform. More
