Scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It wound up taking 2.5 hours while waiting at the dealership for the service to be complete. I cannot seem to convince this dealer that my Durango has different tire pressures front and rear. Even when I write on the order to please adjust air pressures per door sticker this is not done. When I have to haul an air compressor out of the basement after every dealer rotation to correct the tire pressures I consider that a major fail - not to mention a possible safety issue. I called twice yesterday to get a quote for a battery replacement for my 2019 wrangler. I called once in the Morning around 8am once again around noon. I have yet to receive a call back. I had to have my vehicle Jumped and left running. I Was hoping to have the estimate and bring into the dealer as my “service 4 wheel drive” is also on. With no price comparison and no service availability dates, I took it to Dobbs. More
