If your goal is to put people in a vehicle that feels extremely unsafe to drive then you did a wonderful job. Clearly no one drove my vehicle for more than 10 miles otherwise it wouldn’t of been returned extremely unsafe to drive then you did a wonderful job. Clearly no one drove my vehicle for more than 10 miles otherwise it wouldn’t of been returned to me in the same exact condition in which I brought it to you. I get that you don’t have a whole of technicians on hand or at least that’s what I was told when I was given my vehicle back in “perfect working condition”. I don’t have the time to keep bringing my vehicle in just for some uneducated mechanic to tell me everything is fine or blame it on the Hill Assist Start lol. I hate this truck now. More
I did a walk in oil change. Dwayne did not make me feel welcome and made me feel they couldn't preform the service. I had purchased an oil change package when I bought my jeep brand new from your dealership while it was a Royal Gate. Was informed that Dave Taylor elected to not honor a package I paid for and was charge jeep brand new from your dealership while it was a Royal Gate. Oil change reminder was not reset. Multipoint Inspection was all green. I have 70k mikes on these original brake pads. How is it possible they are rated as “green”?
