I was having overheating issues and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday December 14th which at the time was two weeks away. I managed to do ok for the first week but the problem was getting worse. I had a friend follow me to the dealership and dropped the car off on Thursday the 9th. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called on Saturday with the news that the service to my car was going to be worked into the schedule earlier than Tuesday. I received a call Monday that my car was ready to be picked up. I had planned to drive to Virginia that coming up Friday and spend the entire next week and Christmas with my parents. The issue was fixed and I was able to drive all the way to Virginia and back without incident. More
