I ordered and paid for an OEM trailer hitch. I do not get status updates from the body shop parts or from my salesperson. I have to call every week to get any kind of information. I purchased and picked up my car on November 5th, 2021. I still do not have a trailer hitch. The last time I called about the order status on the hitch was Friday, December the 10th; today is the 17th, another week has gone by, and I've heard nothing on the status of the parts of the hitch. I understand the supply chain issue. Someone, order the stuff from the freaken internet, I can order the OEM parts, why can't you. I'm a new car purchaser ... The body shop assistant manager needs a performance review. In closing, the phone concerning my needs seems to be broken, but you can send me an unlimited number of texts asking about my experience. Once again, Casey took care of me. Starter went out. They were really booked for a couple of weeks. My vehicle was in the garage and would not start so I had it towed to Taylor Dodge anyway.
