I came in for my 3rd free oil change and was told time expired on it . I was disappointed about this because the service dept never told me about a time limit . Not a good experience. Left car previous night for new tires, battery, oil, wiper blades, and inspection. I called the previous week and made appointment. Had to talk to parts to order the tires and serv tires, battery, oil, wiper blades, and inspection. I called the previous week and made appointment. Had to talk to parts to order the tires and service for the appointment. All was scheduled. I get a call in the morning, no tires. I said they were scheduled last week, no record. Okay, I was told that tired come in 3 times a day. I wanted mitchelin tires. I was told that they are not available and no one in town has them.Then I was told that there was 1 available and I could get it and 3 other tires. Why would a device tech tell a customer that. I called NTB across the street and they had the tires and could install them that afternoon. I told the service desk to forget the tires and the battery, do the rest and let me know when ready. I picked up the car and they Had installed the battery,.oh well no big deal, I paid and went across the street and got the tires. The next morning, I realized that I didn’t have the paperwork for the inspection. I called and was told that it was under the seat or in the glove box. Not found and I call again, oh since the battery was changed, they could not do the inspection. I was then why didn’t you do the inspection first if you knew that. The service reckons says I thought that you wanted the battery and I though that was more important. There wasn’t even anything wrong with the battery, worked fine. I was just having it replaced because it was 5 years old and I didn’t want it to die in me this winter. Shouldn’t these I department have known to do the inspection first? Then no one tells me that the inspection was not completed. All a bad experience. I’m sure no one cares, so not sure why I’m telling you. You spend money sending me advertising but can’t follow through. I do love the car, it’s been great. Maybe trading the service desk on dealing with customers. Bob More

I appreciated the personal service I received.
