I can say this with certainty, having purchased a car with my father less than 2 months ago, that this DEALERSHIP and ALL it's staff are not only informative but also professional. NO PRESSURE with wanting to make a sale, NO TRICKS or HIDDEN FEES. Ben (our salesman), made us feel like old friends. The JEEP DEALERSHIP in Michigan City made is feel like family. I, being in the customer service industry can be somewhat critical of other service industies. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY FAULTS. Their treatment of us was superior to any car dealership I have experienced in the area (remember, I visited quite a few with my father and now my brother). I WITHOUT any hessitation encourage anyone out there looking to buy a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge, to stop here. You wont regret it. More
