Good service...poor workmanship The 2017 Wrangler was taken in for the 2 side mirrors to be replaced on Friday 8/30/19 and today, Saturday 8/31/19, the drivers mirror fell out. The The 2017 Wrangler was taken in for the 2 side mirrors to be replaced on Friday 8/30/19 and today, Saturday 8/31/19, the drivers mirror fell out. The regular mechanic didn't work on it but another one did. The mirror still vibrates. Unknown if the mechanic did do the job correctly or not. Don't want to bring the vehicle back in unless Michael Stalling works on it. He does a great job and I trust him. I don't want the other mechanic working on it. The other time I brought my jeep in there was a man in front of me that said he brought his vehicle back because the mechanic didn't put the oil cap on after the oil change and there was oil all over his engine. I was told by the service advisor that the mechanic was new and said he knew what he was doing. Sharon did a fine job and I would like to continue working with her but if we keep having problems...I don't know. More
