The most unprofessional experience I couldn't of been treated any more poorly than I was by them. I don't understand how dealerships can make a sale without making the correct contracts I couldn't of been treated any more poorly than I was by them. Indiana dealership license laws state very specific requirements and regulations that require to be followed and I feel like it wast the case in my situation. Our only options left were buy here pay here lots, which we absolutely dreaded even the thought of them. We got in contact with Bill Fennell and he told us time after time to come in because he could get us approved with a low down payment amount with no problem. I was hesitant, but I’m SO glad we made the leap of faith and came here! We are leaving today in a practically brand new minivan that is fully loaded!
