He not only listened to what we were looking for but gave us so many options to boot...friendly, not aggressive and so informative...we bought a 2014 Impala and are loving it. Todd said they have a team that works together and he was right on that score too...Sue from Finance - efficient, friendly and "pain free"! Ed took our picture with Todd and our new vehicle and overall experience shopping at Chevrolet of Delano was like visiting family!
