The technician left my car smelling like oil. I left with a number of things that were issues and needed fixing. I did ask Richard to check on a few sensors for me- which he noted they didn't hav I left with a number of things that were issues and needed fixing. The gal explaining the other issues to me was unknowledgeable and unable to explain what the problems were. The experience left me questioning the validity of the issues and the need to seek a second opinion. More

I normally have great service but this time around I waited an hour and a half for an oil change. This is unacceptable but the service technician gave me an extra punch on my punch card to make up for t waited an hour and a half for an oil change. I was not greeted promptly, which is typical of my experience. The tires and rims were not cleaned after the installation, so there were greasy handprints.
