Made an appt for glow plug, oil change and Service Parking Brake error. Dropped off at 9:30am. Did not receive a call for the rest of the day. Received a call the next day stating they had just ordere Parking Brake error. Dropped off at 9:30am. Did not receive a call for the rest of the day. Received a call the next day stating they had just ordered the glow plug, and a quote for $980 to replace parking brake shoes. I refused to pay $980 for the brakes. Car was finally ready at 3pm the that day. A day late. Mark was polite and courteous. Would have liked to have known I would be without a vehicle for 2 days. $980 ( which Mark said he calculated at a cheaper rate) is almost theft for a brake shoes job. More
