Very good experience Todd Wenz was very easy to work with. He was juggling two customers yet it didn't impact me. He had the car I wanted to see ready right outside the door. He lined up someone to help me if he was tied up with the other customer. So, then I didn't have my payment lined up. So I left a deposit and then got a call in the morning from Sue asking for to confirm a couple details and to tell me that they would deliver the car to my office in a couple hours. The people that delivered my car were very courteous and had everything ready for me to sign. Handed me the keys and were off. I spent 30 mins at the dealership. By far the least amount of time I have ever spent when buying a car. This is the second car I have purchased from Delano Chev, although the first was 16 years ago. Since then I have purchased more cars than I would like to admit. If the first time would have been this good I probably would have bought several more from them over the last 16 years. Oh, and fair price too. That helps. More

Craig Johnson was great to work with as was Sue Fricke. It was a wonderful day all around we got the car we had been looking for and the buying process was easy, friendly, and smooth. Other dealerships should go to school on Delano Chevrolet and their great people. When my wife's car needs replacing , long drive or not Craig will be the first call I make!
