Well, it's January 12, and I still can't find anyone in Mazda country who can tell me how to sync my ipod; also, on January 4 I called Tyree because the Mazda Lease Department said they had no record of our leased CX-9 being traded in and they needed to know if the car was bought by Davis-Moore. Tyree said he would call me back with the information - it's 8 days later and I haven't heard from him. More

The service center does very good work overall, but service lane personnel don't seem go out of their way to be particularly friendly and welcoming, though they can be when you engage them and are actually nice people.
