I have always driven a toyota. My first car was a 2003 toyota corolla. No trouble what so ever. I am praying the same with this one. I wanted an up grade. We have lived all over b/c we are military, and we have dealt with all kinds of dealerships and service departments. Toyota of Orangeburg is GREAT! When you make an appointment it isn't just a day to bring dealt with all kinds of dealerships and service departments. Toyota of Orangeburg is GREAT! When you make an appointment it isn't just a day to bring your car in and wait. (a used car that wasn't even purchased from them.) They truly understand the concept of appointment! They meet you at your car and take it to the back. When they say an hour they mean it! They return phone calls, and they are curtious about it. Each time I have taken my car in the technician O.T. has come inside to personally talk to me about the issues. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cars. He & Teresa tell you exactly what's going on and don't try to add "extras" that don't need to be fixed. They also work to get you the best prices! I could go on and on. It is just so nice to leave a service department happy! This goes for everything from oil change to diagnostics and more detailed work. Thanks so much Toyota of Orangeburg!!! **Would also like to note that Curtis in Sales is also Fantastic! He is a very hard worker! We drove thirty miles from Columbia to Toyota of Orangeburg on the recommendation of a friend who had bought a 4Runner there months earlier and was pleased. At the dealership Marion Mack listened ca Orangeburg on the recommendation of a friend who had bought a 4Runner there months earlier and was pleased. At the dealership Marion Mack listened carefully to our needs and did everything possible to meet them. The price was right. When our 4Runner was ready for us on Marion's day off, he made arrangements with Dave Cowan to take over. Dave made sure we were pleased. We were impressed by their cooperation and professionalism. So far we have been treated very well by Marion, Dave, Darrold Wilson, Alex Berry, and others in the company. They have kept every promise and keep going the extra mile for us. That's why we intend to drive those thirty miles to Toyota of Orangeburg for service and for other vehicles in the future. We've thanked our friend for her recommendation.
