Dustin met me at the airport, brought me back to the dealership and gave me time to do my own inspection. Car was as described, actually better than expected. Got through the paperwork quickly. Everyone at the dealership was great. More

I needed a car desperately, but had limited funds. I found a 2005 Buick LeSabre on the dealership website. I spoke with Chuck Grasso. He urged me to come try it out. He was very personable. I called after a couple of hours, went back, and purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Took my 2013 Silverado in because it was reading low oil pressure. Said it needs a new pump. OK they were correct in that, but they quoted me $2500 to replace it. Local shop did it for $900. Second issu pressure. Said it needs a new pump. OK they were correct in that, but they quoted me $2500 to replace it. Local shop did it for $900. Second issue is my axle seal was leaking at 60k (still within warranty) and they tried to tell me that I had to pay for it, until I reminded them that it was still under warranty (this would have been a $600 job). Never bought a car from them but with this experiences I can only imagine how that would go (not good). I only give them two stars because they were able to service my truck on a drop-in basis and did the oil changes without issue, But beyond that, I would not do business with these people or buy any vehicles from them. It seemed like a tie rod end or stabilizer bar vibration.I agreed to leave our car for the day at 8:00 in the morning, but said we absolutely the car back by the end of the day. At 3:00 we were told our GMC had not been inspected yet. I was told they were very busy. Apparently, being busy is more important than keeping one's word. In the future they will be one former customer less busy. Many service department representatives were sorry. I don't have time to waste on these lack of character individuals. Mike Gurgone More
Incompetent, untrustworthy, just as sleazy as you'd expect Nobody knows the left hand from the right. What a horrible experience. Customer service awful. You have to talk to 3-5 people before you can get any answers. They same the same repetitive sleazy car sales person lines and have no answers. If you choose to lie to my face during casual conversation - do you think I'd trust you to sell me a car? Nope. Not ever. No chance. Run folks, run away, Run! More
Terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment via phone/Internet sales and showed up exactly on time. Sat Jan 20 at 915am. I was looking at a used corvette. This dealers I scheduled an appointment via phone/Internet sales and showed up exactly on time. Sat Jan 20 at 915am. I was looking at a used corvette. This dealership is almost 1.5 hrs away from my home. I was greeted promptly upon walking in and guided to a salesman named Dan. He was very pleasant and in no way is my rating based on Dan. He was 5/5 stars. After Dan and I talked for a minute, we went to take a look at the corvette. I asked if it's okay if Dan can test drive the car for me since I'm not the best manual driver, he said it was no problem. 3 minutes later the manager comes out and says we cannot test drive because it's not at least 40 degrees outside. It was 38degrees!!!!!!! He was dead serious. Apparently you can't test drive sports cars below 40 degrees. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING TO LOOK AT THE CAR. I find it extremely hard to believe they don't test drive sports cars in less than 40 degree whether. How do you expect to sell camaros, corvettes, Chevy SS and other performance chevys for about half the year in Chicago? Crazy thing, I didn't even care to test drive it myself. I asked the salesman to! I was NOT looking for a joyride. I'm not that kind of guy. Classic dealership games. I was stereotyped 100%. Yes, I'm younger looking and I walked in with denim and a workout sweater. But, I was a ready, willing and able buyer. I felt so disrespected (by managers, not by Dan). Unbelievable experience. Avoid them. More
