I found a car for sale online. I reached out to the dealership who put in contact with a Matthew Craft and I spoke with him for over a week regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He sent me additiona dealership who put in contact with a Matthew Craft and I spoke with him for over a week regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He sent me additional pictures of the vehicle getting inspected and serviced as it just got there. I applied for financing through my bank and got approval for the FULL asking price amount. I asked if I could get the few offers that were advertised on their site $200-$300 off and he said yes. I received a purchase order for my bank to finalize the loan. I asked numerous times what the next steps were. He responded he was busy closing so he would call me at 10am the next Monday. I asked and stated a few times I did not want to miss out on this car and if he was planning to sell to someone else and he assured me the car was available and isn’t even out of the service center yet. I said ok, please promise me that we are on the same page and again I want this car. He said yes! Call ya Monday! Got a call Monday, car was done being serviced, we were waiting to see if his financing could give me a better interest rate and we were ready to schedule delivery! He said they would reach out to me and they didn’t. I contacted him the next day to let him know I never heard from them and he said yea sorry I sold the car!!! I thought it was a joke and be said no sorry it sold. We get first dibs. Like xxx?! I’m still in shock I found the perfect car that met all my wants and needs and it was my first time buying a car by myself and was completely approved without help and then that just happened. They have ruined car buying for me! I will NEVER entertain them again or give them any of my money! Just be careful IF you go, they could care less about customers if they want the car for themselves. Pro tip, don’t post it for sell if you aren’t going to sell it and keep it for yourself!!!!!! I have receipts as well and have reported this to the sales manager who I have left 4 messages with and he will not return my calls! More

I had the worst experience ever with this dealership I came in to purchase a brand new Hyundai the sale guy was very rude and the sales manager wasn't much better.
