The staff seemed more concerned with whether or not we were comfortable and having a good time than they were about us buying. It sure did make things easy. When it came time to deal, they communicated clearly and simply. We did not feel like they were playing games. When I asked them to take a small amount off the price, they listened and made it work for me. The new 2011 Mazda2 (green of course!) we bought seems like an amazing vehicle for the money too. I highly recommend working with Chris Danzell and the people at Mazda of Clear Lake! More

We went to Mazda because my son has been extremely pleased with Mazdas he has owned. I was greeted immediately and courtiously by Ryan Carter, who said he was just recently associated with Mazda; how pleased with Mazdas he has owned. I use this dealership for service since it is closest to my home. High personnel turnover in the service department, each time you deal with someone else, and service is average, some little things got neve my home. I tried 3 times to buy a car but never succeeded. They don't even get close to what they promise and you may get a handwritten quote scribbled on a piece of paper. This summer I followed one of their lure-in letters stating they pay top dollars for my trade in, only to get patronized and proven by the manager that he was right and I was wrong. I threw away the business card so upset was I, so I can't recall the names. This week I tried again, received an e mail quote in range from Fred, but it had dealer installed options to beef-up the price. Although my visit was confirmed hours before by e mail, neither the salesperson nor the car were there when I went. Instead Bobby gave me a ridiculous low quote on my trade in and started to test my limits in 500$ steps, while standing in the middle of the showroom! Since then I never heard back from them and found my car elsewhere. More
I'm aways able to get my car in and out with no problems every time I bring it in for service. I had a Chevrolet and I had so must problems I had to have it in the shop always every month. The only thing that I didn't care for was that everyone pushed the "Free 10 Year/100000 Mile Warrenty", but then when you went to buy the car, you had to buy a warrenty because the Free one, really wasn't all that great; only covered manufacuture "defects" which I am sure would be hard to prove. When I first brought my car in, it took a while to duplicate the noise I was hearing. They did what they thought would fix the problem, but the noise came back the next day. They provided a loaner car when they couldn't complete the repair in one day. More
