I purchased a Mazda 3 from Mazda of Clear Lake in late January 2010. I requested quotes from area dealerships and found Mazda of Clear Lake responsive and they quoted a reasonable price. Service was very good and clearly stated. Service car was clean and ready very fast. All problems were explained and resolved. Darol Anthony (the Internet Sales Consultant) was my sales person. He was very friendly, not "pushy" and easy to work with. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Mazda's. The saleman and finance people were really professional. I actually hate the finance part...but Clear Lake made it pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Another trip to Clear Lake Mazda to have routine servicing on my car. I called ahead to make an appointment with my service advisor who had left the dealership. However, I was referred through the service department manager to another service rep. I should not have been concerned. The new guy was super. He was genuinely attentive to my needs. He called me when my car was finished having explained the cost factors of my visit before I left. I like knowing what I will owe before I leave my car. This is a great dealership. I have finally found a dealership that cares about its customers. I took my Mazda in for service here after having been to another dealership. Clear Lake Mazda has a great service department that was a customers. I took my Mazda in for service here after having been to another dealership. Brain was very knowledgable and listened to what I said was wrong with the car. He took in the car and had it analyzed suggesting specific repairs within less than an hour. He called me at work telling me what was wrong. I told him to do them. My car is running super. I felt that this dealership cared for my needs and did not try to take me to the cleaners on the repairs suggested and completed. And, the car is running great now. This is now my service center for my car. More

I picked up my car this evening after leaving it for servicing. I was very pleased with my new advisor. He was cordial and was very attentive as I explained what was wrong with the auto. Don't believe any of the "new management" garbage that they are trying to spin. All they have here is terrible, overpriced service and rude employees. Coming in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, they put me as the last priority and made me wait several hours during a low volume time. They misspelled my name after several corrections and were very rude. They proceeded to overcharge me for their services and add in all sorts of hidden charges. When I went out to my car the interior had been moved around and trashed, including several personal objects being tossed on the floor. Thanks, Mazda of Clear Lake. You have ensured that I will never ever send my car in if you are the last dealership on earth, and I am now on a crusade to ensure that everyone knows about this. More
