Disappointing used car sales service Bought my son a car from here and while everyone was friendly and the service dept is great it is very unfortunate the used car sales people tried to Bought my son a car from here and while everyone was friendly and the service dept is great it is very unfortunate the used car sales people tried to scam me (a woman by myself without my husband there) out of an extra $500 during the negotiations. Additionally, they told me the car had all new tires on it when in fact only 2 were new. I tried to contact the salemen regarding that when My husband saw the vehicle and noticed and was ignored. I emailed the sales manager telling him the situation and was again ignored. Its a shame because I am looking to buy myself the same type of car now but will have to drive into Houston to do so because I wont be going back to Mazda of Clear Lake. More
