The free oil changes have been great - very efficient, in and out quickly! The two other service experiences we needed help with - I would rate poorly. This last experience, was excellent - and I give Clay all of the credit. He took what could have been a VERY BAD experience and turned it around to be a great one. He really went above and beyond to do the right thing - he called back when he said he would, he handled the situation like he said he would and that says a lot. Next time I go in.... whether it's for service on my car.... or my free oil change - I will ask for Clay. More

I am in love with Mazda of Clear Lake now. We were greeted immediately by Chris and Danzell and he let us test drive the car we were wanting right away. It was super quick and easy..no fuss.
