I had a great experience purching my very first new car with Chris! He is not your typical salesman, not pushy at ALL. We were ready to buy and he gave us more informaiton and told us where to do even mo with Chris! He is not your typical salesman, not pushy at ALL. He then stayed after closing to help me finish my purchase, and got my car detailed after 9pm so I could drive it home that night!!! He even helped me with one minor detail the next day, I am very picky about my things and wanted it to be perfect, and he had no problem having someone help me. Awesome experience at this dealership. Worst oil change I have experienced. Arrived at around 2:10 pm and got my car 4:45 pm that's almost 1 1/2 hours wait. And to make matter worst, they want to charged me $60 even If I told them that I just 2:10 pm and got my car 4:45 pm that's almost 1 1/2 hours wait. And to make matter worst, they want to charged me $60 even If I told them that I just need the regular oil change which is the $34.99. Good thing I let the service guy wrote it for me before I handed him my car key. Do your self a favor avoid this dealership. They would sell you some services you really don't need. More

This was my second car purchased from James. He is excellent. There was no high pressure or pushiness that you usually get from car salesman. Very straight forward,i know exactly the total drive-out going to be,no hidden fees or package.I even bought a second car from John a week later.
