My wife and I were looking to purchase a new car. Mazda of Clear Lake gave us the best price over the internet, but they changed the price when we visited the location. The issue being the cost of the window tint on the car; they agreed to waive the cost since they had not included it in the original quote. They went off to get the paper work ready and came back w/the total w/the trade-in on a slip of paper. They transferred the total to their form and asked me to initial it. The actual paper work matched the total, but we never noticed that they had never waived the tint charge as agreed. When I did notice the charge, I notified everyone I could at the dealership, but I couldn't get the time of day from them. In my opinion, the dealership is dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone!!! More

We test drove a vehicle were going to drive another to find out we were not approved. They need over 4,000 down and not sure then if the could help us. The financing Lady I spoke with was named Cherre and the other person you could speak with is vanesssa. Please dont let them waste you time with false approveles.They also dont stand by the prices they have on the internet!!! The sales manger for the used car department was one of the rudest people I've ever meet. I really hope this saves someone a trip. More
