This is my first time dealing with DeNooyer Chevrolet I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado diesel 1500 love this truck. I had a tailgate light bar go bad they had to replace that and I had a water pump go b bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado diesel 1500 love this truck. Bought a brand new 2022 truck on a Friday and it wouldn’t start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and wait until 3:30 before that came to get my truck. In the meantime I was told they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I said that’s not an option and then I was told, I had to wait until 2:15. Got to the dealership and waited an hour before I rental was ready for me. All in all, a total waste of 3 days. The serviced department could have cared less! More
