Our Explorer broke down while we were driving to Vermont, from the mid Atlantic states, and had to have it towed to Depaula Ford. I had my car in to the body shop in March to replace the front bumper assembly and a headlight. The work took 12 days. One week after I got my car back, I was in an accident that cracked my bumper.
