The estimated time my vehicle was to be there was 21-25 days. In actuality, it was there over 8 weeks. The lack of communication regarding changes and delays was frustrating beyond words. And the dealership was less than helpful getting me any kind of loaner vehicle during this, as my rental car coverage through insurance had exceeded the limit weeks before. At least 3 times more parts had to be ordered, and I was never updated with any of this information, nor the delay that ensued to get these new parts. The work was completed adequately, but the lack of communication and numerous delays greatly superseded any satisfaction of the actual work. Leaving me incredibly hesitant to use this dealership for any service or car purchase in the future. More
