F550 Truck service Communication is poor. Hard time getting some one from service on the phone. Answering service promises a call back that does not happen. Communicatio Communication is poor. As for the repair work completed, we have never had any issues with the quality of the work they have completed and will use them again knowing we will need to chase them down for info. More

Good experience I dropped my truck off for service and I was pretty impressed. The associate at the desk was nice and accommodating and made the process easy.
