This dealership has lost my trust multiple times. Their body shop has absolutely no communication, and did not contact me with issues until I called them to confirm. My repairs took twice as long as origin body shop has absolutely no communication, and did not contact me with issues until I called them to confirm. My repairs took twice as long as originally quoted, and nobody called me to let me know it would take longer. I only found out when I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. Additionally, the shop continued to find more issues after the car should have been done, because they failed to open up and check the entire car in a timely manner. When attempting to call the shop, I was unable to get through on multiple occasions, and when leaving a message I did not get a call back. I have had two repairs to my car within the past year at DePaula, and I will not be returning as I am extremely unsatisfied with the shop and the customer service. More
