Good experience I dropped my truck off for service and I was pretty impressed. The associate at the desk was nice and accommodating and made the process easy. I received a status update within reasonable time and the service was completed to my liking. I purchased my truck from this dealership and also had a great experience. My first visit to DePaula Ford gets an A+ Disclaimer - I did not purchase my 2017 F250 from DePaula. I had purchased the truck used from another dealership. When I had an issue with squealing Disclaimer - I did not purchase my 2017 F250 from DePaula. I had purchased the truck used from another dealership. When I had an issue with squealing brakes on the truck with 20,200 miles on it I took it to Mavis who specializes in tires and minor repairs, a place more convenient to my home. Big mistake! Although told the squealing was quite certainly in the rear wheels, they said no, the problem was with the front brake pads and replaced them. One mile from Mavis the squealing continued. After two more trips to Mavis things were no better. I contacted Dennis Walters, service director at DePaula Ford, who I had dealt with for many years at DePaula Chevy for my many Tahoes. Dennis hooked me up with Fran McGivern in the truck service dept. Fran put my truck in the very capable hands of mechanic Howard Petell. Knowledge and experience of this crew paid off. Hand brake was the issue, diagnosed and taken care of in one hour while my wife and I enjoyed coffee and treats in the lounge. Lesson learned! Thank you and kudos to DePaula’ Dennis, Fran, and Howard. A+ to all. More
I have been to many dealerships before and will never use anyone else going forward. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The were more than helpful and understanding not only when I dropped my vehicle off but more importantly when I arrived to pick it back up. They didn’t charge outrageous diag fees for things that may have taken minutes to diagnose and made sure they vested time into the actual issues. Previous dealer stated there was no issue even with noises present then charged a fee. I received a text shortly after my appointment time from Billy exactly when he said he was going to with an update and expected completion time. More
