I know they are trying but frustrating when problem with your BRAND NEW car purchased 8 months a go, is NOT fixed after 3 visits (with service people telling me there's no problem each time) and you go on t your BRAND NEW car purchased 8 months a go, is NOT fixed after 3 visits (with service people telling me there's no problem each time) and you go on the road trip minimum 200 miles away from home, and you get to have MULTIPLE experience of wonderful MAZDA roadside assistance call that takes minimum of 3 to 4 Hours to just to get someone each time. I Would really like them to experience being stuck out in the cold for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance and then tell themselves "there's no problem with the car". More

Good Service. Lisa has a great crew working with her. All very friendly and helpful.
