They seem ok but have some trouble with scheduling service. First time they put me down for dropping off when I clearly stated I was waiting. The second they had to reschedule due to lack of techs. I scheduled this service two weeks in advance and turned out to be three weeks before I could get service. It did only take an hour this time compared to at least two hours last time. More
