Courteous and efficient I recently had my car in for a recall that was causing my brakes to fail, DeYarman came to get my car, did the recall and didn’t try to upsell me for anything. I wish I had a better experience the third time around but apparently that’s just not in DeYarman’s realm. Service advisors are rude & really hate when you don’t pay for services (as I had a free oil chan but apparently that’s just not in DeYarman’s realm. Service advisors are rude & really hate when you don’t pay for services (as I had a free oil change & tire rotation from the last service I had done since they flat out told me the didn’t bother to take the tires off so they didn’t do a tire rotation because they didn’t feel like it) & they were very irritated when I told them I could find filters cheaper somewhere else & didn’t want to pay them almost $200 to replace some even barely filters. I wish I had better things to say but unfortunately I don’t. This will be my last visit EVER to DeYarman. & that’s on them. More
