Dealership is alright. Bought my car back in December 2023 & I love it! Just hit the 10,000 mile mark & took it in to get an oil change which was also supposed to have a mu Bought my car back in December 2023 & I love it! Just hit the 10,000 mile mark & took it in to get an oil change which was also supposed to have a multipoint inspection & checking of all fluids, tire rotation, etc. mainly just frustrated with advisors, seem nice but have had issues with the 2 times I’ve been in for service. The first time the advisor I was on the phone with, had an attitude when I had questions about scheduling an appointment then hung up before I had even finished speaking. This time just felt very awkward and not really inviting. They did half a multipoint inspection, never got my tires rotated & no fluids were checked. Was lucky I even got a proper oil change if that. More
