Initial sales experience was great. Good service, pick up and drop off at home! Staff was professional. Truck tested out normal at dealership, problem not identified. Unfortunately, the next day, the problem recurred back home. Turns out the issue is wonky Battery Management System forcing truck into low power mode-ie no interior lights at night, running boards won’t auto deploy, radio shuts off immediately, etc. I fixed it after doing some YouTube research, problem now resolved—by me.
