Brought my used 2010 Corvette in perfect condition 3 years after expiration of safety defect recall with only 46,000 mi on the car. They were asked to see why the car was leaking fuel, discovered the recall, but misdiagnosed it completely, said it was burnt o-rings and then changed their mind to someone else calling on my behalf and declared it was a burnt injector. My mechanic has to fix it at my own expense, $2,000. GMC should have absorbed this and this dealership got it wrong. Couldn't even correctly diagnose a known documented safety defect. And you would not believe how rude the service manager named Ken was to me! I left three messages got no call back called a fourth time and he told me I did Not leave a message because their answering machine hasn't worked for 2 years, and then mumbled something about calls sometimes being received by a call center and being sent into lala land; in other words they totally knew about the message issue and didn't give a xxxx. I was just shocked at his rudeness, how he talked over me as if he was operating on four cups of coffee at 2:00 in the afternoon when I made my fourth phone call. Come on! Deacon Jones, just go away. You will never see me or my money ever cross the threshold of any Deacon Jones dealership ever again. More

After leaving a Toyota dealership, I decided to drive 15 miles down the road to Dan Wise Chevrolet, when I got there, I got out of my car and a man named Keith opened the door for me and we started talking. Before you knew it, I went to the bank, got the money out, and paid the man for a truck that I never thought I would ever get. I was in the market for an SUV but Keith was such a great salesman, he sold me a Beautiful Silverado and not once did I feel any pressure. First class treatment! I just bought my '94 Cadillac Limousine from Dan Wise Chevrolet. What a great car!! I live in New Jersey whicj is about 450 miles away. The salesman, Mr. Wiggins was great! I had the car inspected before I decided to buy it. There was a problem with the security system. Mr. Wiggins assured me it would be fixed if I bought the car. He was true to his word. When I arrived to pick up the car it had been properly repaired. The car was also washed, polished, & sparkling clean. I am very impressed with the level of service I received. Especially since I was buying an 18 year old car. Everyone at the dealership eas si friendly toi. They asked about our trip from New Jersey & wanted me to let them know we got home safely. Which I did. The car ran & drove perfectly the ehole trip home. Just like a new car. I had been searching for a mid '90s limo for about 2 months. All the other ones I looked at in my price range, at other dealers, were junkers. The one I bought from Dan Wise is hands down the best value.
