You were informed of this beforehand, and we regret that their service did not meet expectations. Regarding your experience with us directly, we are glad we were able to assist you, address the concerns you had with the vehicle, and provide the $30 reimbursement—even though the delivery issues were outside of our control. We always strive to give every customer a 5-star experience, and we truly felt we delivered that level of service during your time with us. You all did do a good job and I do appreciate everything thing that was done from getting me pictures to working with me over the phone since this was my first internet purchase and for the reimbursement for the transportation problem. Ali was great to work with, would I purchase again yes.
