Would definitely recommend D A Ford (Alpena), to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. The sales crew are excellent to work with doing the best they can to make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable interested in buying a vehicle. Having purchased vehicles from D A Ford in the past, I expected and received great service. Veronica was extra helpful in explaining all the new bells and whistles with the newer vehicles. She wasn't pushy or rushing for time, working with us, thus making you feel important and comfortable during your time with her. George is always good for a friendly and warm welcome, always glad to back up the salespeople and make the customers feel at home. It was our first time working with Adam in the financial aspect of the deal, and even though we didn't need financing, he took time to explain all the paperwork as we went. The one thing I really liked about our time spent there, is that it didn't matter if you were a sure deal, just looking, buying new or buy used, you are always treated the same.
