With reference with the person issue, she came to us for assistance in fixing her daughter's vehicle damage and WE REFERRED TO HER TO A AUTO TECH Body Shop since we do not operate or own a Body Shop. Apparently the issue is that the part is not in our inventory and is on back-order through no fault of ours. I believe that the Body Shop should have shopped for the needed part and try to satisfy the customer, somehow A Auto Tech referred here customer to us to look for one. The A Auto Tech customer wording is saying that "They sent the car to Auto Tech" is not correct since we only REFFERRED HER to them. All we have tried to do is help her with the issue at hand which is part being in BACK-ORDER. I cannot see that we should be responsible for this misfortune instead all we have done try to find the parts for her understanding of a LOANER VEHICLE is not correct since she is not really or customer but the Body Shop. In conclusion, the part is still in BACK-ORDER and there is no ETA and as per the factory. As far as her statement of "now n one is in a hurry to help" is not correct, since all we have done is try to assist her...…..
