I purchased a new vehicle in 2021 from Deel. The experience has been horrible. The check engine light has come on seven times. Every time they say they have fixed the issue but then a few months The experience has been horrible. The check engine light has come on seven times. Every time they say they have fixed the issue but then a few months later the check engine light comes on. The car has less than 16K miles. After the 3rd time I said this car is a lemon and Deel should replace it for free. Now after the 7th time they are offering me another used car but I have to pay them $5K more. No, after multiple attempts and they didn't fix the car they should replace at no cost. Run away, do not buy a car from Deel. Seven times and they can't fix the issue? What kind of service is that?
