I've done business with deery for years we traded trucks this year at the end of June the salesman and I had a agreement of price and payments of 80 months we shook hands by the time we signed the final pap this year at the end of June the salesman and I had a agreement of price and payments of 80 months we shook hands by the time we signed the final paper work the payments were for 84 months a difference of 2800 I bought my issue back up with the salesman and he had very little consern so I don't believe I can continue doing business with deery and continue to spread the good word on there dealership. I came in and everyone was busy and I asked Luther if he could help me and he said sure, I can do this later. We talked and for what I was looking for he showed me a few vehicles, we talked trade and the ne could help me and he said sure, I can do this later. Luther was busy and I asked him if he was busy because he seemed to be working hard and he just looked up at me and said it can wait, what can I do for you, so we started talking about vehicles that maybe I seemed to be working hard and he just looked up at me and said it can wait, what can I do for you, so we started talking about vehicles that maybe I wanted, he showed me a great vehicle that would have met my needs, and continued working with me until I found something that I really loved. Walked me through the process at every point, and explained not only what was going on but why. I drove away the next day with a Jeep, Cherokee. A very nice vehicle that I think I'm in love with. I'm happy about everything about the car except for your detailing department. That department sucks. I'm going to take it to a detailer in Marshalltown to get it looking showroom quality.
