Hello, I had an unusual experience with your dealership, that i have never experienced with any ot This customer would like to work with Mark Chasey. Hello, I had an unusual experience with your dealership, that i have never experienced with any other dealership when it came to honesty. I inquired about a 2020 Ram Truck Blue Laramie. My sales person was Chad Lichtenberg. I contacted him on October 27th with 18 emails back and forth. October 28th we had 9 emails back and forth. And on October 29th 13 emails with one of the emails telling me the manager has accepted my offer. I filled out the credit app which I was approved (our ratings in the 800s) and I had Chad get me prices of added running boards and spray in bedliner on the truck, which he did give me those figures. I talked to Chad Friday morning and gave my Credit Card for the $500 down on Friday October 30th. I called Chad on his cell phone because I wanted to see the paper work and make sure everything was in order before we came down to sign papers on Saturday (we live an hour away from your dealership) He did not answer his cell phone so I called the dealership and spoke with a manager and telling him I need to see the papers so I know what APR, total amount etc.. A few minutes later Chad called me and said the truck was sold to someone else. Can you explain how this happens? I'm shocked that a deal was already made and someone else came in and probably paid more money then what my offer was even though the manager accepted my offer and we were in the process of buying it. I plan to write Chrysler Corp a letter. We feel we were lied to and the public should know how your dealership does business which is very unprofessional! I should have listened to my daughter when she bought a Jeep from your dealership a couple years ago, she got there and it was nothing what they told her the cost and payments would be, finally after getting ready to walk out the manager came in and told the finance person to give them what was told to them in the first place.
